How do we a have web link to a web host in which we have account,
if we click that link it will automatically bring us to the web host site and playing a video of 90-140 MB size ?

Need more information but I am going to try and guess what you saying. You could upload the video to Youtube then embed the video to your site. Its really entirely up to you how you want to do it. In this case the video wont be stored on your site hence not consuming HDD resources.
