I know how you feel, This has got to be the hottest summer I can remember in So. Cal.
Iced coffee is good, just dont get it from Starbucks unless your rich, LOL.

cant have caffeine?

dont worry man, it stains your teeth and causes bad breath and the shakes all of which is death on a date with a hot babe. Try chai tea
