Linus Torvalds and Linux distros attacked by SCO!

They see linux is doing better than their unix so they get mad and start trying to sue! Lame...

The only reason he'll be there is probably as a witness, not being sued, etc.

I dont think SCO has any real legitimate claim, and they are just hoping most campanies will just pay. Many have, but if you jump the fence guarded by huge dobbermans, dont expect to think you are going to make it out unscathed. This suit will make or break them.
