Can we install gcc compiler or its alternate on Windows?

Hello !

I want to use all the functionalities of gcc compiler while remaining in Windows. Can I use the gcc in Windows?
Otherwise Can I find an alternate compiler that can be used in windows and provides all the functionalities of gcc with same syntax?
