FC3 install hangs with blinking cursor

Hi, I am trying to install FC3 and after the initial boot screen it loads the first 2 .img files and then goes to a blinking cursor.

Are you sure you don't have bad media? Try turning on the media check at installation start... If you ever get to it...

Some more info should help, like your Hardware list and the steps you took to get the software, burn the software and run the software...
