Additional Programs...

I was wondering how the "Additional Programs..." feature actually works.

The reason I am wondering is becasue I am writing a walkthrough for someone with little Linux knowledge on how to install a Fedora Core 3 system. I would like to have all the programs I need installed before the user gets to the Linux System.

I need the following programs along with the regular Fedora Packages:

1. Java SDK 1.4.2
2. PHPMyAdmin

I would like to create my own CD for this "Additional Programs..." feature to use, but I don't know how to go about it. Is it as simple as creating a script for the "Additional Programs..." feature to run something close to this:
Code:
 rpm -ivh {javarpm here}
Or is it somehting more complicated?

Thanks in advance

If you plan on making your own custom cd then i would recommend that you look into kickstart. its a program that loads on redhat and its for customization of the redhat install process.

This is a guide on how to do it

But im sure that you can find plenty more help by searching google and also the redhat documentation for redhat enterprise server 3 for similar stuff.
