USB error on startup (FC8)

Hi All,

After an update a few days ago (including the kernel 2.6.25.4-10.fc8) I now receive a USB error on startup. The error is displayed during the initial text at startup. The message is something like "hub 0:1,0:1 - Unable to enumerate USB device on port 1".

Anyone any ideas why this message has appeared?

Thanks.

There are a bunch of hits on the search term (as a phrase) Unable to enumerate USB device including this one (referring to 2.6.25.1) which referred to it as "noise."

Thanks, after searching a little more it appears this problem is reported under bug 446845 and is affecting many. Also affecting FC9 apparently.
