Unhappy Wireless prb on Debian Testing

Okay guys

I have on my laptop (ThinkPad 600E) a WiFi card (Belkin F506020F).
When I ifconfig -a I can see wlan0 no problem with that.

But when I do iwconfig I have this message:

Warning : Driver for device wlan0 has been compiled with version 14 of Wireless Extension, while this program is using version 16.
Some things may be broken ...

wlan0 IEEE 802.11-b Mode:Auto Acess Point 00:00:00:00:00:00
Encryption Key : Off

Then my Kismet and my Airsnot don't work.

How do I fix this problem ? What should I do ?

Thx
