Hello,

I have output by the speaker if i talk in mic but no output if i play a sound file

I am trying to solve this problem for 10 days and i installed most of the alsa pkges after that my mic started to give output

unfortinatly new problems occurred :

the 1st
during the startup
knotify crashed while instanting
knotify .Do you want to try again or disable aRts soundoutput?

when i open any sound file it hangs for a few secounds then it gives this messag

the 2nd
Sound server fatal error:
cpu overload ,aborting

the 3rd is
Sound server information message:
Error while initializing the sound driver :
device /dev/dsp/can't be opened (Device or resource busy)
the sound server will continuing using null output device

ok

I am using Debian sarge ,2.6.3 kernel,kde3.2 , my sound card is SiS 7012

the situation in root mode is like in any other mode
