Preseed file documentation or how-to?

I'm remastering a Lenny netinstall cd to make a "custom" installer. I'm using preseed method in order to select the group of package I'd like to install.
Somebody knows where I could find documentation or some how-to on preseed.cfg file options?
Because I'd like not to automatize disk partitioning, language, keyboard layout, timezone... So I'd like to know which options should I use to achieve that.
