The slackware essentials book will get you started pretty well. From then on, any technical documentation relevent to more advanced features of linux is helpful. ie.

I am curious on any documentation available as well. Got Slackware installed this weekend on my machine at work and want to learn more about it. Is the book on Slackware's site the same as the one offered in the store, like FreeBSD's manual? The one in the store is three years old, and I'm not sure how much has changed since then. I'd like to help support the distro as well so if the book is worth it I'll buy, if not I'll subscribe. Looks like I might have a new favorite to replace Libranet. It's harder to get going but I feel like I can learn and tinker alot more. The speed is a nice plus. I might argue with the stats in the latest Slack vs Vector vs Libranet comparison I read.

Mark
