Late xmas

Friend of mine she gave me an all in one printer, but it needs major repair. Found the scanner driver for it, but I did not want to install that mess. She alo gave me a fax/scanner/low duty printer. It was low on ink, but it makes a superb color scanner. Remembered that I had some scanners that at one time did not work with linux. Two were usb. Tested one and it worked fine with B/W. Could not find the power block for the other one. I will look around. parallel port scanners are going into a robot and or a homemade cnc machine.
