Is Archlinux using NPTL libthread?

Just do:

/lib/libc.so.6
and you will find out.

Not quite. Try this instead:

/lib/tls/libc.so.6

Yes your right!

Stupid mistake as my Gentoo OSses doesn't use anything else as NPTL (USE="nptlonly").
I thought the Linuxthread libc6 where stored there and the NPTL version under /lib...
