is there a proper order for certain base apps

what would be a good order to load certain apps or does it matter

i am wanting to load

apache13
mysql41
php4

i have seen a few guides that also indicate certain parameters in regards to mysql and others don't.

i realize that some config files or ini files may need changing but it's the order or am i being too conservative or too picky?

apache and mysql can be loaded in any order, it's not an issue, as it's not until they are USED that they require one another. as for php... well that's not a server, so doesn't get "loaded" as such, just linked via apache when serving php code.
