USB 2.0 is slow on Hardy Heron.

I just upgraded to Hardy Heron about a week ago and the first thing I noticed was how slow my USB transfer speeds had become. I'm getting 6.7 MB/s while the norm is 22MB/s. Has anyone else seen this problem?

until you get a better reply check your /var/log/syslog or dmesg to see that usb 2 is enabled and detected....well the hub has to be detected first....you may have a module to handle usb 2

with root powers run
Code:
lsmod
and look for modules like ehci (usb 2) ohci (1.1) uhci (1.1) and that speed you are getting is less than max for (1.1) 12Mbs
