I am running Kubuntu Gusty Gibbon(7.10) with Compiz Fusion, and I was wondering whether if when i upgrade to Hardy Heron(8.04) all my compiz settings and effects will still be available and working the same as it is now. I remember having to go through the setup process and it was hectic. I just don't want to have to go through that once again. So I want to make sure that is I upgrade to Hardy Heron(the final release) if it will effect my Compiz Settings and effects.
what DID break then?... i mean after the final release wont that be all...?
There will be small updates here and there but...not major humungo ones like a Windows Service Pack
