Unable to start services.-vmware player not working in ubuntu 14.4


when i try to launch vmWare player 6.0.1

i got the error,

Unable to start services.

See log file /tmp/vmware-root/vmware-modconfig-4491.log for details.


The log file shows,

How can i run vmware? it was working in 13.10, but after upgrade to 14.04 , i reinstalled again, but not working.

When the computer first boots up, VMWare should execute a startup script. What does that show?
