sudo konqueror

Kubuntu Breezy badger 5.10

When I type "sudo Konqueror" in konsole I get an error screen as follows:

"/var/tmp/kdecache-(user)" is owned by uid 1000 instead of uid 0
Link points to "/var/tmp/kdecache-root"

"/tmp/ksocket-(user)" owned by 1000 not 0
Link points to "/tmp/ksocket-root

"/"tmp/kde-(user) owned by 1000 not 0
link points to /tmp/kde-root

This error repeats several times then opens Konqueror

How do I correct this error

Thanks
Ray

I do not use konqueror but AFAIR it is more than file browser. It is more
similiar to the win32's explorer - it is an X shell. And for one is running
already, another does not want to break its work and produce alot errors.
There must be an option for do not run shell but file browser only or something
like.

Hope it helps, good luck!

If you want to start konqueror as root, you are better off using
Code:
kdesu konqueror
