Rescue Mode form installation CD not available ?

Hello Ubuntu users,
can anyone tell me please how do you access "Rescue Mode" form installation CD ?
On the manual it is simply written that at boot prompt I should use option: "rescue" or "rescue/enable=true".

However both option fails.
Please have a look at print screen:

I use Ubuntu version from this iso file: ubuntu-11.10-desktop-amd64

Try rescue=1
or simply boot into the live system and do the rescue operations.

What do you want to do?

I have just switched installation CD to ubuntu-10.04.4-server-amd64.iso - "rescue" works.
