Need help with wireless on Dell's Studio 15...

Hey I everyone,

I'm new to linux and just recently bought Dell's Studio 15 with Ubuntu preinstalled. The wireless worked fine upon first using it...but I wanted to try a few other distros and in the process I accidentally uninstalled ubuntu, anyways now after reinstalling Ubuntu the internet doesn't work - it didn't work on any of the other distros either.

I've attempted to install other drivers with ndiswrapper but after I do, they say: Hardware Present: No

Can anyone help me out?

P.S. I read on some site that the driver that used is for Studio 15 is the Broadcom 802.11 Linux STA driver... but I don't know how to install that since it doesn't appear to have .inf file????

LOL, tell that to Aspire One users.

They may support it, but that doesn't mean they are useful.
