The message means the PPA nvbn-rm/ppa doesn't provide packages for Focal. Probably a leftover from an in-place upgrade. Remove it:
Code:
sudo add-apt-repository -r ppa:nvbn-rm/ppa

Sounds like you have Kubuntu 20.04.

To remove software sources on Kubuntu 20.10
Start -> Applications -> Settings -> System Settings
-On the left side, click on Driver Manager
-It will ask for the admin pwd
-A window will open with title Software Sources
-Click on the Other Software tab
-Choose a line from the list. You can uncheck it or at the bottom, click on the Remove button
-Click Close button at the bottom right
