Manual Duplex Printing in 9.04

I've recently moved from Windows OS to Ubuntu 9.04. In windows I was able to plug in a printer and select under preferences to manually print on both sides (prints out a set and then you take the paper, flip it, and put it back in the printer so it prints on both sides). In Ubuntu, so far all i've been able to make it do is set it to a duplex setting where my printer would actually have to be a duplex printer (with the paper rotator on the back). How can I set it to be manual duplex?

Thanks

Technically I could print out odd pages and the reprint the even pages (ie: 1 , 3, 5, 7 and then flip and reprint on 2, 4, 6) but if its possible to have it automatically set that that'd be awesome. For some reason I can't find the option for the life of me.
