psychobyte Member Registered: Sep 2003 Location: Central Coast, California Posts: 179 Rep:	laptop w/ compiz: external monitor and higher resolution Hi, I'm using an inspiron 6000 with Ubuntu 7.0.4 amd compiz enabled. I have an external 19" LCD attached. My problem is that I'm not using the ATI drivers and can't seem to push a resolution higher than 1200x800 on the LCD. Is it possible to get a higher resolution with compiz enabled on the LCD? Thnaks.
