[SOLVED] Installing ubuntu TO an SD card FROM a Live CD

OS: Ubuntu 11.04 Desktop Gnome2

My purpose in doing this is to have a selection of Ubuntu 11.04 or 10.04 when I boot the computer. It seems that Lazurus and Free Pascal wont work with 11.04. I have a 2 GB sd card slot built into my computer and I know I can boot from it. Could I just boot my computer from a live cd and choose the sd card to install the 10.04 version on it?

Yes, 2GB is a bit small, but it will work.
