Install Kubuntu 21.10

Has anyone tried the Kubuntu 21.04 that was just released?
I copied the image to a DVD-RW.
During startup of the installer, I get a text screen with stuff that are [OK] and then it shows a fail for some snap damon and it just reads the DVD for 5 min and then it stops.

OOps, it is Kubuntu 21.04. The title is wrong.

Please give more details.
What exactly fails (what is the message)?

Does the DVD work on another computer?
Does the file check at the boot give any errors?

It seems to be a bug in the installer.

Installing via a USB stick works.
