2 graphics cards, and compiz?

Hey,

I have a dual display setup, and I have an integrated Intel graphics card, and it runs compiz perfect, in clone mode, But when i try to use and extended desktop it gives out about the texture size, (expected with and intel card), I have one monitor on VGA and one monitor on DVI, the dual screens work, but i dont get any fancy compiz effects, so i was wondering if put in and old Nvidia 256 32MB graphics card in, could i use my DVI port on the intel for my main screen and get compiz working on it, and then have the other screen using the Nvidia card for the second screen for an extended desktop (i dont need compiz on this screen, the card would prob just die on me!) Is this possible? Compiz enabled on one screen but not on the other?
