XGL Feature request who/where handles them?

Any one know where to make feature request for XGL ? 3D Desktop

If you feel like doing the request for me.

Allowing focus on top and Bottom Square (not for Workspaces)

Launch command after choosing a on specific Side on the Cube
eg could allow displaying a message on the new desktop after you change,
and more importantly allowing code base for below

EG

Focus on the Bottom Desktop, launches the screen Saver
Focus on the top Desktop, the Screen is Locked.
