Question Video problems with GeForce2 MX 200 on Suse OSS 10

I can only get 800x600 to work, anthing higher and my monitor goes black. Sometimes it locks my PC. I'm new to linux and not sure how to recover after screen blacks. Reinstall is not a good way. Did that to many times...

Also, everything seems to be very slow. This is not a fast PC to start with but thought it should get by. 800MHZ CPU w/512 meg ram.

Thanks in advance,
doug

Hello!

Download the video driver from www.nvidia.com and install it (Readme.txt!).

Greetings
