i have recently switched from mandrake10.1 to fedora core3 to ubuntu and back to suse (9.2). I have had no problems with KPilot under mandrake and fedora recognising my treo 600 but with suse i have had no luck. I have tried everything. Any advice?

I've never been totally or consistently sucessful with kpilot. What works for me is to deinstall kpilot and the KDE pim. Then install jpilot -- it always works for me.
