suse9.3 logging out at random times gnome/kde & how to disable paste text from scroll

ok i'm having another problem , it seems like i have a lot of these, ok just randomly the screen goes blank leaving the cursor and goes back to the login screen, it's like i'm still logged in tho becuz when i start firefox again it says that the profile is already in use, i don't think i'm doing anything that would result i this, also i have reinstalled suse and it has done it earlier too.

Also, does anyone know how to disable the paste text option by hitting the scroll key or touchpad? It's extremely annoying.

thanks
