pyhton-devel libraries not found?

I'd posted here asking about a dock-like tool. It was suggested to me (elsewhere) that I give SuperKaramba a go.

It won't compile though, as 'python-devel' libraries are missing.

No problem... fire up yast, search... nothing!

?

Googling turns up the phrase, but, try to find it for SuSE 10.0. Let alone download for another distro.

I've been at this (unproductively) for over an hour.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Course, if you could make a recommendation in the other post that would negate SuperKaramba, that would be ok as well. :P

If you install kdeutils-extra using YAST or SMART, superkaramba will be automatically installed. You can also install python-devel using YAST. If YAST can't find it, then you may not have setup the main Suse repos.
