Portable MP3 player with corrupted mp3 files

Hello all,

How are things?

Let me jump into it, I am currently using SUSE 10.0 OSS. As many of you would already know, there is a problem with USB transfer. It is rather slow. Anyway, I know it can be fixed and I will look into it later.

However, what I realise is that after the mp3 files are transferred to the mp3 player. The files are messed up. For example, I have song A from album A, and song B from album B. When I listen to song A, half way through song A it will play song B. Somehow, half of song A and half of song B are mixed in the same file.

Has anyone come across something like this?
