Unhappy "How to make quota in openSuse"

Hi...
Could you help me to make quota in openSuse 10.3, please ??
I have tried to find how to make quota in openSuse 10.3, but i've not found it...

OpenSuSE is now up to 11. A quick Google search turns this up:

Ok thank you...but, i want to know...can we make user qouta in openSuse 11 ??
For example : User "A" can upload file maximum 10 Mb, User "B" can upload file maximum 20 Mb,etc.
