Confirm Driver Activation? Yes or No?

Hello, I am installing SUSE 9.2

This has come up and I am not sure if it will add an unnecessary service.

Confirm Driver Activation
Yast2 dected the following device
USB Storage

Driver/Module to load
usb-storage

It also says

Confirm Driver Activation
Yast2 dected the following device
Linux
DM

Driver/Module to load
dm-mod and there is one for dm-snapshot.

Do I click ok? I don't want it to add something that I don't need, so this is why I ask.

Sorry, 2 other questions came up.
Is there a kernel k7 for suse?

If my yast is pointing to suse 9.2 resp., then how am I supposed to get new versions of gimp, oo, firefox, etc.?

Thank you.

I found a few guides that say I should click yes. I think that is what I will do.
