I think that you are out of luck.
According to
http://en.opensuse.org/INSTALL_Internet ,
"There do not exist fixed stabilized network installation repositories for development releases like beta and rc releases but you can install the Factory Distribution."
In other words, you will have to wait until 10.2 becomes the stable released version before Novell make the web installation available. The CD you have exists because it will be needed in the future.
At the moment, for version 10.2 you will have to download the iso's and install locally.
If you follow the instructions from the OpenSuSE site and use the following setting:
# enter the HTTP server IP address e.g. 195.135.221.134 points at ftp.opensuse.org
# enter the directory for the installation source e.g. /pub/opensuse/distribution/SL-OSS-factory/inst-source/
I think that you will end up installing version 10.1
