I`m working on machine with Winxp, Solaris 5.8 and Mandrake and using Lilo as bootmanager. So, to be able boot in Linux and Winxp after installing Solaris I simply put linux-distro-cd in drive and choose "recover lilo" option. Than I added Solaris and Winxp partitions to lilo.conf, lilo, that`s all. Hope this can help You.
