Unhappy problem with mail configuration

each time I try to send mail through a smtp server, it write: SUNSAM152 sendmail[1367]: [ID 801593 mail.alert] h939PCIP001367: Losing ./qfh939PCIP001367: savemail panic

Where is the problem?

Reinstall, and reconfigure the sendmail-server, here is a very, very good manual for install and configure sendmail ---> http://wizac.dk/dev/sendmail/ <-- ! I hope that you can use it, it works great here
