Question my blade2000 have some problem on power

hi:
Sorry for my poor english I can't find any solution on chinese's website
I have a workstation sun blade2000,just two days ago it could running correctly, but after went through a big thunderstorm day yesterday(when the thunder came I swithed off all power),my workstaion can't open today
when press the open button on the front pannel, nothing happened, and I can hear a weak eletrical noise come from the power port when i reached my head to the back of workstation
I have tried a search on Google, but I really don't know what I need to search for. Can anyone help me to solve this? Please bear in mind that I am new to this and so would appreciate being told in plain English what I need to do or where I need to start
Regard's
xie
