Hey man i never tried zipslack before and i got a old 386 labtop and im going to put zipslack on there how but im not to good with the command lines im going to probably put x on there but it'll probably really slow eh?? hmm ne suggests??14
Sometimes it actually makes sense to purchase the CD's. It supports the Linux community as well.
Anyway there is a framebuffer browser project called "Arachne" at http://browser.arachne.cz . I've never gotten the Linux version to work, but they have an MSDOS version that works amazingly well considering the limitations of MSDOS, just make sure you run a disk cache!
Of course there are those text mode browsers like "lynx" and "links", but I've never been able to get very far with these. I kind of tolarate them in emergencies only.
