Yakuake How to set transperancy ON

Hey,
I just installed Yakuake . As the site doesn't seem to have documentation I have to ask here.

How does one allow the Yakuake console to be transperant? I edited the Konsole options and set it to transperant but still Yakuake seems to be opaque.

Thanks

I'm using yakuake with transparent mode. Try below.

1. Right click on yakuake console.
2. Settings --> Schema , then chose transparent config whatever you like.
3. Then save current setting as default. ; Settings --> Save as Default

Good luck

There is still a lil problem thought. It doesn't refresh the background if the wallpaper changes. I have to type exit and when it reopens a console then it shows the correct bg. Does anyone know how to fix this?

On a side note , why didn't you install from source? Why search for packages and all?
