the instruction I use is:

./wine /mnt/cd-rom/path for the executable file

make sure you have all the drivers that the program needs to run or it won't work.

Don't you have a Windows partition where to install the program and after that run it using wine????

ok, kinda new to this but you should just be able to run the .exe of outlook express from wine just but mounting your windoze partition and then typing
Code:
wine /mnt/path/location of outlook express .exe
again, i'm new to wine in general but from what i've read, that should work. Just as a question though why use outlook express when you can use Mozilla Thunderbird?????

That did not work here is the output that I got root@paul:~# wine /mnt/fat-c/program files/outlook express/msimn.exe.
wine: cannot find '/mnt/fat-c/program'. Fat-c is my windows partition but it can also be hda4. I would appreciate the help

Code:
wine "/mnt/fat-c/program files/outlook express/msimn.exe"
use quotes when you have spaces.. and im guessing that it's also case-sensitive.

so it might look more like..

Code:
wine "/mnt/fat-c/Program Files/Outlook Express/msimn.exe"
