when updating patches with swaret it leaves the old ones

When using Swaret to update patches in slack 12 new install,ive noticed that it leaves the old versions (at least they appear in pkgtool).Should I manually remove them or leave them in place.Cheers.

Try changing to slackpkg, it deletes the old stuff.
