What's your favorite graphical file manager?

I've been using SpaceFM for a while, but I don't really like the UX. Too many clicks to switch between thumbnails and "details".

konsole + bash + ls + file + sed + awk ( of course with a mouse ) -- ? doesn't that make it 'graphical' ?

By default, I guess Dolphin, but I greatly prefer Midnight Commander over any of the graphical ones.

PCManFM, default file manager with most WM/DE in Slint. Of course it fits well in LXDE, but not only there.

Krusader. Not exactly my favourite, but the only one that is tolerable.

I haven't been satisfied with a file-manager since XtreeGold. Mostly I just use the command line.

Since I use XFCE4, I use its file manager Thunar. I used to use PCManFM, but I switched to Thunar full time after it got tabs. Ironically, though, I don't use tabs so much for file browsing and management anymore.

Dolphin. I appreciate the panels feature.

edit- Thanks to frankbell for the correct word. I appreciate the "split" feature of the panel.

One reason I have preferred Konqueror over Dolphin is that I can have multiple tabs pointing to different directories in Konqueror, though I see that you can now do that in Dolphin and have a split view within the tabs.

I don't think you could do that when it first came out, but I may be wrong; I gave it a quick look and kept using Konqueror, which had been the default file manager before KDE v. 4. It has happened. The last time was almost two hours ago when I made a wrong turn and missed a meeting . . . .

I rarely use a FM, but if I need to use one it would be either xfe or thunar.

I use to like xfm (musikwissens....de) but it no longer works these days.

Don't use one. Too old fashioned, I guess.
