Warning for Xfree 4.2.1.1 User with NVidia Cards

If you are running slackware-current and you update to the newest Xfree packages make sure you reinstall your GLX and kernel drivers for the NVidia stuff. Otherwise you will notice your GL performance sucks and too much use of GL programs will cause X to crash... at least that seamed to be the problem I had.
