Question Thunderbird window decoration ignores KDE's decoration settings

This is just a gripe and I have been poking around Thunderbird's settings (v115.8.0). It just appears that Thunderbird refuses to respect the KDE window decorations (Plastik) and just uses its own. How do you get thunderbird to force it to use what I have set via KDE for window decoration?

Try unchecking the "Hide system window titlebar" button in Thunderbird's settings? See the attached screenshot for reference.
