switching to/from full window console kills plasma
Maybe I am missing something but last time I was switching to/from full window console it worked, now, after switching back to Plasma, GUI is frozen. I have to use ctrl-alt-backspace to restart Plasma.
ARe you on current and an nvidia card? It's a problem that's been happening with the 6.1 kernels and up. (There's a whole thread on it a few pages back.)
Switching to console <Ctrl-Alt-F2 thru F6> and back to GUI (KDE Plasma) <Ctrl-Alt-F1> works. There is a short delay and KWin Window Manager puts out a Notification that "Desktop effects were restarted due to a graphics reset".

For X window managers (WM) & desktop environments (DE) in general, if I switch back to a pure terminal (tty) then back into X, it usually kills it... not freezes, but entirely kills and I get a log why it crashed.
