Slackware LiveCd mouse trouble


Hi, I have the slackware livecd, and boot CD room it's all right, but when I try to initiate the kde it appears a message saying "/dev/mouse...no such device". Ok, I have Win 98 installed in my Hd, how can I make work the Slackware???

You might want to leave some information as to what type system you have and what type mouse.

What you mean with "what type system"? I know that I need to know what type of mouse I have and what irq it uses but I'm really newbie, can you tell me how I do this? Thanks.
