The date says 2012-08-28! Has it been out that long?
Patrick watches the code - not the calendar!

There's alwaysa bit of time between the final stamp of approval, getting the ISOs done, burning them to disk, verifying that they work, and then send the disks off to the replicator.
Only after that, a public announcement can be made.
