Sendmail POP3 Issues (SW 10.2)

I've an install of SW 10.2 with Sendmail setup for POP3. I added one alias and recieved test emails from an outside account. I added additional aliases and now no mail comes in at all. Here is my aliases file (text obfuscated):

Code:
# @(#)aliases 8.2 (Berkeley) 3/5/94
#
# Aliases in this file will NOT be expanded in the header from
# Mail, but WILL be visible over networks or from /bin/mail.
#
# >>>>>>>>>> The program "newaliases" must be run after
# >> NOTE >> this file is updated for any changes to
# >>>>>>>>>> show through to sendmail.
#

# Basic system aliases -- these MUST be present.
MAILER-DAEMON: postmaster
postmaster: root

# General redirections for pseudo accounts.
bin: root
daemon: root
games: root
ingres: root
nobody: root
system: root
toor: root
uucp: root

# Well-known aliases.
manager: root
dumper: root
webmaster: root
abuse: root
root: xxx
# trap decode to catch security attacks
decode: root

#abc Stuff
xxxx: xxx, yyy
yyyy: yyy
xyz: xxx, yyy
qrs: xxx, yyy
lmn: xxx, yyy
pqr: xxx, yyy
def: xxx, yyy
hij: xxx, yyy
nop: xxx, yyy
tuv: xxx, yyy
cde: xxx, yyy
As I've said, it worked after I added the first alias and ran newaliases. It stopped after adding the rest. /var/log/maillog shows the newaliases, when the services came online, the one email that I did recieve, and the subsequent reply rejection. I'm not using Sendmail for SMTP only POP3. I did have SMTP set up at first but decided against it after the reply to the test mail was rejected. The ISP SMTP works just fine.

Either I have an error in my aliases file (doesn't look like it), or the rejection caused a config change that I'm ignorant to. I didn't wait to see if the non-recieved test emails bounced as this is a production situation and I need email so the old server was brought back up. The test's do come in to that box (Exchange), no problem. BTW I've made certain that it's not a firewall issue... Any ideas??? Thanks in advance!
