Hi
I tried to create sendmail account without possibility to login to the system,
I found it, so it doesn't matter anymore, unless you know better way to do it.

Quote:
useradd -c "User_Full_Name" -s /sbin/nologin username
passwd userpass
Thx

I would also add their home directory as /dev/null so you do not need to enter a password for the user, they will automatically be directed to the device /dev/null and not to the filesystem, which means they cannot login:

Code:
useradd useradd -c "User_Full_Name" -s /sbin/nologin -d /dev/null username
